heartfelt mojo

I'll be busy working on Thank You cards for the next week. I still want to do individual, original cards for each person who so nicely gave me a Christmas present but I enjoyed this sketch from Julee's new MojoMonday blog that I may make more like this! Here is the sketch:

The retiring Stampin Up accessories list was released yesterday.
I don't want to bog down the blog with the whole list (I think, sadly, there are some of you reading this who really don't care what is retiring because you're not really a stamper. Including my mom.) so if you'd like to see the whole list, click HERE for Dawn's website. She has them all listed out nicely.
Today's card was, in fact, made with some of the retiring products. The Muirfield Designer Paper is going to soon be unavailable. I love this paper because it is so versatile. The soft colors make it easy to make a feminine card while the patterns are easily used on masculine cards also. How many things in life are that versatile??
If you see the list and realize some of your favorite items are soon forever unavailable, please email me and I can get those ordered for you.
Here are the details for today's card:
stamps~heartfelt thanks
inks~kiwi kiss, baja breeze for filling of flower & old olive, bordering blue markers for outline of flower
papers~muirfield DP, kiwi kiss, baja breeze, very vanilla
accessories~button bouquet, kiwi kiss satin ribbon, scallop circle punch, scallop edge punch,
FYI~ I accidentally turned the card over while there was a wet spot of kiwi kiss ink on my work space. It left a smudge of kiwi kiss on the card front so I just added more to make it look a little distressed and intentional.

I love the colors on this. Your version of the sketch is gorgeous. Good luck with the Thank You cards. I just mass produced before the holidays so I could get them sent quickly. Otherwise I forget.
