Excuse me while I cry

Due to an unfortunate session at the gym which left me incredibly horribly unimaginatively sore, I'm unable to sit down and stamp. This was a class that I attended Tuesday called the F.A.T. class. It stands for Functional Athletic Training. It was my worst nightmare come to life.
During the class, which seemed, at the time, quite tame, I actually had a great time. It was non rhythmic (meaning there was music but we were not required to move to the music) and was a 45 minute series of boot camp like exercises. I was fine during the class. I was fine after the class. I was fine later that night when I went to bed. Silly me, I actually wondered why the class was even offered because it didn't seem to be that big of a work out.
But when I woke up and tried to get out of bed the next morning, I experienced such complete agony, such horrible and excruciating pain, that I nearly wept. And I hardly ever cry. Apparently, I found some muscles during the FAT class that I hadn't used before. And they did not like being used!
So, the big muscles in the front of my legs, quadriceps, and the big muscles in the back of my legs, and the giant gluteal muscles in my....er....hiney...hurt a lot. I mean, A LOT! It hurts to walk. It hurts to go down steps. It hurts to walk up steps. It hurts lay down. But mostly, it hurts to sit (i.e. get into the car, sit in a chair to eat, sit at my computer, even to sit on the toilet! excuse me for sharing that.) It almost brings me to tears to lower myself.
Must have been all those lunges and squats we did in FAT class. I cringe just thinking about it!
So for today's post, I had to make something I could do with out sitting down to stamp. I used punches instead. Those are actually just as easy to use while standing up. It was getting down the stairs to my stamp area that was awful. And then coming back up.....
I found these adorable little tin buckets at Target for 50 cents. They are about 3 1/2 inches tall and just perfect for these decorated giant paper clips. My sister in law, whose birthday is very soon, is a church secretary so I'm hoping she'll put these on her desk and use these paper clips for something.
Here is a photo of just the clips:

Jen, What a cute idea, I just love it. Hope you feel better today, but it probably will take a few days for those muscles to heal. Jean
