workin' on class cards

I decided to start working on cards for class (class is Monday, April 20th). This month, we are making all sorts of cards that chronicle a child's life.

We'll start with baby cards, move to birthday cards, then graduation, then on to marriage. We'll stop there. We won't go into sympathy/sorry for your loss cards. No "Good job! You were such a big boy/girl at the ER" or "Congratulations, you have a new sibling....again" . We are just making cards that celebrate the happy events!

Although today's card isn't exactly one of the cards for class, one will be very similar to this. This card is actually for the Mojo Monday sketch challenge here. This is the sketch:

I used the Stampin Up sizzlet for the cupcake pieces and the colored glass beads for the yummy sprinkles. The glass beads are held on with little pieces of sticky red tape. That worked much better than the tombow multi purpose glue. Here is a close up of the beads:
