I also used some Crystal Effects to add some icicles on the top of my card. It is real easy to do but requires quite a few hours to dry. In fact, I made mine last night and left it to dry till today.
The bottle of Crystal Effects has a pointed tip so you can "draw" a line of the stuff across a piece of wax paper like this:
I actually just placed my wax paper on top of a piece of brown paper so it would show up easier in the picture.
After you draw your line of icicles, let it dry on the wax paper. When it is fully dry, it will have a somewhat rubbery feel. It easily peels away from the wax paper.
I used my SNAIL adhesive to apply it to the top of my card.

did you know you could add dazzling diamonds to your icicles when they are wet??? they are gorgous. love your card and the idea!!
