I live in the country. Miles from the nearest Wal-Mart or Walgreen's or anything with the word "Wal" in it.
Here is how you know that you live in the country:
Dirt driveway? yep
On a dirt road? oh yeah
Well water? yes, thanks
No reliable cell signal? you betcha
Visit city cousins and remind your boys that they can't pee outside? every time!
Everyone races to the window to look who is driving by because traffic is so rare? that would be us
Chickens in your yard? no. the accountant won't let us have chickens!
We don't have chickens but I have chicken stamps now. Level 1 hostess stamps from Stampin Up. It is called Country Morning and makes me want chickens and an egg basket and jars with wildflowers on my table.
Thought for your day~~ “The key to everything is patience. You get the chicken by hatching the egg, not by smashing it.”--arnold h. glasgow
